CleverTouch Plus Interactive LED panel

TO USE 

The Power cable is hanging on the rear of the screen.
There is red tape on the rear of the screen showing where the power socket is – under the ledge, underneath the red tape in the picture.
Plug the power cable in this socket. Then, place the 3 pin plug into the electric socket.

TURN ON THE SCREEN

The Power button to turn the screen on is situated at the front of the panel, at the bottom, to the right.

To DISPLAY YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN

To use the screen to display the input from your computer you will need a cable between the screen and your computer.

 

On the screen
The HDMI and VGA input ports are to be found (looking from the front of the screen) on the right-hand side of the screen.
At the rear of the screen is our HDMI-to-HDMI cable which you are welcome to use. We have colour coded the cable and HDMI port 1 on the screen with green & yellow tape. 
Place the other end of the cable into the HDMI port on your computer. Your computer screen should now be visible on the screen, and you can play your presentation or images etc.
You can bring your own cable for your computer.

If you cannot see your computer screen you should:
Go to the front of the screen.
Click on the menu button (the 4^th button, in the same row as the power button).

On the screen, a pop-up option menu will appear relating to the ports at the rear of the screen.

Touch the screen, for the HDMI / VGA port you have used, this will change to an orange colour.  The computer screen should now display.

HYBRID MEETINGS

 

There is a webcam on top of the Panel which can be connected to your computer for hybrid meetings which can be plugged into the USB port on your computer.

To use, you will need to Select the HD Webcam eMeet C960 from your computer or computer programme.

Sound. If you wish to use the Panel speakers you will need to got to speakers icon on your computer and choose PC Monitor.

 

 

 

TO DISPLAY A VIDEO or IMAGES from a USB stick (memory stick)

 

The port for the USB/Memory stick is to be found (looking from the front of the screen) on the right-hand side of the screen.
Once the stick is inserted look at the screen and you will be asked to open the file.

If the panel does not ask you to open the file, click on the Home button, next to the power button to display options on the screen.

The home screen of the display panel will open.
On the screen at the bottom, Touch the Finder icon to view the content of the USB stick.
You might need to navigate to the files. Touch the USB1 icon on the left-hand side and then Touch the first image / video to begin playing.  It will automatically loop.
